Supply Donation Request Form

If you have a full list of requests, you may also email a copy of your list to Ian to have it uploaded onto the request page.

This form updates our needs list in real time, allowing us to get info to potential donors sooner and website visitors the ability to view them. Requests will still be added to the needs list board and coordinated through our staff.

Please submit separate entries for different items and be as specific as you can with donation specs. If you would like to coordinate your own donation, list relevant information for donors to contact you.

WHAT IS THIS

This is an online tool to submit donation or volunteer needs into our systems. This will help us be able to track and fulfill requests through an organized system going forward.
This was made for all Marshall Relief team & Community Members who need assistance with rebuild projects to use.

HOW IT WORKS

REQUESTING DONATIONS

At the top go to > Donation Request Form
Enter item info, be as specific as possible (specs, measurements, brand if there is one)
To have items coordinated directly, list relevant contact info & delivery directions. Any listing that does not have this info will default to Marshall Relief Alliance.
Include need by date to ensure we know urgency and when you need this by
Click "Submit"
Your request will now be sent to us and instantly displayed on the Needs List Page for donors and site visitors

REQUESTING VOLUNTEERS

Use this to let us know about upcoming projects or when you may need volunteers. The sooner we know, the better we can plan! Volunteer requests will be sent directly to Volunteer Coordinating, Rebecca Sharpe and Rachel Bennett. They are still available for direct requests when needed.

At the top go to > Volunteer Request Form
Enter in your information and contact details (or report to person who will be on site)
Select > Next
Enter in your request details, you may submit 3 at a time
Click "submit"

Volunteer Request Form

This form updates our volunteer projects list in real time. Our volunteer coordinator will evaluate your submission, reach out to you for more information if necessary, and approve the project to deploy skilled or unskilled volunteers as appropriate.

Please submit separate entries for different projects (i.e. hanging drywall is one project while painting is a separate one) and be as specific as you can with your needs.
